Key Responsibilities

  • •Review internal and contractor schedules; analyze, validate, and report time impacts, scope change impacts, and delays to identify risks early.
  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule, preparing and monitoring tasks to realize project requirements against the schedule.
  • •Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure and integrate contract packages into the master plan schedule.
  • •Review contractor-submitted schedules and make recommendations to the client.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of scheduling/planning experience.
  • •Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management on major construction projects, preferably in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, or complex asset types.
  • •Strong knowledge of design or project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Expert-level ability with project scheduling tools and coordinating multiple schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with availability for on-site work.
