Key Responsibilities

•Founder & Ecosystem Development - Build a dense, trusted network across founders, angels, scouts, venture funds, operators, and entrepreneurial communities while expanding network visibility in the AI healthcare ecosystem.
•Active Founder Sourcing - Source high-potential pre-seed opportunities through relationship-driven sourcing across operator networks, universities, accelerators, communities, events, and digital channels.
•Maintaining Our Founder Bar - Define and propagate attributes of exceptional founders and relay learnings to inform future sourcing activities.
•Team Ecosystem Orchestration - Design and orchestrate the broader ecosystem presence, mapping universities, accelerators, regional ecosystems, and events to maximize engagement.
•AI-Native Sourcing Systems - Build and refine an AI-enabled sourcing engine using data signals, workflow automation, and other AI tools to identify targets and improve productivity.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in venture capital, early-stage investing, startups, or a related field
•Direct previous exposure to founder sourcing or venture ecosystem development is strongly preferred
•Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with founders, angels, microfunds, operators, and investors
•Proven sourcing drive; ability to create opportunities through consistent market engagement
•Ability to evaluate opportunities and understand what founders are building and why it matters
