Job Summary

Own full-stack architecture and end-to-end delivery for an AI-powered iPaaS on the Informatica Cloud team. Build accessible, high-performance design-system-driven UIs and scalable microservices, APIs, and data-layer designs. Establish reusable technical patterns, mentor engineers, and drive AI-native engineering practices across the SDLC using Claude-based tooling and agent automation. Ensure quality via unit, integration, visual, and e2e testing and partner with UX, QA, PMs, and stakeholders to ship high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build across the full stack, from accessible design-system-driven UI components to scalable microservices, APIs, and data-layer designs.
•Lead architectural ownership for UI platform/design system initiatives and backend functional areas, owning performance and scalability.
•Drive AI-native engineering practices by orchestrating AI agents to decompose work and build trusted autonomous pipelines (code gen, review, test, docs) and set AI-SDLC patterns for the team.
•Lead feature delivery end-to-end with predictable, high-quality releases, providing detailed estimates and meeting schedules.
•Ensure quality by partnering with QA, reviewing test specifications, and minimizing regressions across unit, integration, visual, and e2e testing; mentor engineers and lead constructive code reviews.

Key Requirements

•BE/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
•8+ years of software engineering experience spanning enterprise backend and modern frontend.
•Backend: experience building data-intensive, service-oriented cloud products at scale using Java/Spring and REST, including schema design, migrations, and cloud operations (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
•Frontend/design systems: deep expertise building component libraries and UI platforms with React/TypeScript, plus expert CSS architecture and web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA).
•AI-assisted SDLC hands-on experience using Claude/Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools to accelerate design, implementation, code review, testing, and documentation; ability to orchestrate AI agents and automation.
