Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join AMD’s AI server board design team. Lead SI/PI design tasks, develop layout guidelines, review electrical validation, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality AMD AI products while driving technical innovation and career development.

Key Responsibilities

•Response for Server PCB stack up design, SI/PI simulation and analysis
•Create layout guideline and layout quality check
•Review electrical validation reports and provide solution for failure items
•Cross Function work ability – able to work with function to design AMD AI product solutions
•Issue Investigation ability- able to debug issues for electrical violation

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant work experience in signal integrity/power integrity (SIPI)
•Familiar with Seasim, S2eye, Ansys SIwave/HFSS, Cadence PowerDC, PowerSI/OPI, Keysight ADS, Simplis, HSpice
•Familiar with SI/PI knowledge and related SI/PI problems analysis capability
•Familiar with TDR/VNA measurement
•Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
