Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop AI-powered testing solutions to improve software quality and engineering efficiency across the development lifecycle.
  • •Work on quality and engineering efficiency initiatives leveraging LLMs, including change risk analysis, automated testing, search quality evaluation, and LLM security testing.
  • •Collaborate with software and algorithm engineering teams to identify quality and efficiency pain points, propose optimizations, and drive implementation.
  • •Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs and AIGC technologies and apply them to refine AI-native software testing approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including understanding common LLM capabilities and real-world application scenarios.
  • •Passion for building high-quality products and driving end-to-end quality assurance through AI-powered testing technologies.
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals and familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Objective-C, or Go with software development project experience.
