Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the Director of Operations to perform day-of-show duties.
  • •Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and resolve security and customer service concerns, escalating to management when needed.
  • •Supervise Operations staff and ensure mandated rest and meal breaks.
  • •Complete incident reports and collect witness statements; assist with ejection logs and Vinyl Room paperwork.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain line of sight and security (including Back of House), and ensure responsible alcohol service per policy and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent Food Safe Certification.
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations.
  • •Skills in guest/staff relations, assessing and anticipating special needs of guests, and turning negative situations into positive outcomes.
  • •Great conflict resolution skills with strong prioritization and effective communication while handling multiple tasks/issues.
  • •High School Diploma required.
