Vinyl Room Operations Supervisor - Hollywood Palladium

Supervise day-of-show operations for the Vinyl Room at Hollywood Palladium, working with the Director of Operations and MOD to handle VIP lounge reservations, guest concerns, security/service escalations, and incident reporting. Lead opening/running/closing duties, manage line-of-sight atmosphere and Back of House security, and ensure staff receive mandated breaks. Use SOPs and pre-shift briefs to relay expectations, and support special events throughout the venue.
