Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering wealth management technology solutions with a hands-on approach. Shape and implement wealth management products across the full stack, including database management, DevOps infrastructure for continuous deployment, backend integration, and middleware. Coordinate onshore/offshore and vendors to deliver projects on time, maintain and integrate wealth management systems, handle incidents, and support internal business users.
