Key Responsibilities

  • •System Testing & Inspections: Perform periodic tests and yearly NFPA fire alarm inspections to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
  • •Diagnosis & Repair: Use tools like multimeters and hand tools to troubleshoot and resolve faults in fire alarm components, including smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification devices.
  • •System Programming: Program various fire alarm control panels (FACPs) and integrated systems like EBI (Enterprise Buildings Integrator), ensuring they adhere to specific site plans and contract requirements.
  • •Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests, and service actions.
  • •Technical Guidance: Train customers on system operation and mentor junior technicians in fire safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
Travel: High travel
