Lead the Agent Services team supporting syndicated loans agency operations for S&P Global Market Intelligence. Oversee multiple teams and portfolio metrics (KPIs/KRIs), drive continuous improvement, and serve as an initial escalation point for clients, borrowers, and syndicate members. Partner with other business lines to support the global operating model and local client base, while managing risk to minimize commercial impact and developing team performance.

•Perform active risk management and develop/performance-manage the Agent Services team(s).
