Key Responsibilities

•Help manage robots on public roads and provide feedback to team leads for system improvements.
•Operate remote assistance software to monitor and assist robotic units throughout shifts.
•Collaborate with the team to identify inefficiencies and suggest fixes to increase overall efficiency.
•Aid operators with daily tasks and ensure adherence to Remote Assistance standards.
•Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and open communication within the team.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of autonomous and/or robotics operations experience.
•Strong skills in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar).
•Ability to communicate clearly via Slack, both in writing and verbally.
•Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to perform well under pressure.
•Well-organized and attentive to detail.
