Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee plant operations and multiple production departments to achieve safe, efficient, profitable production of high-quality products.
  • •Create and execute production plans balancing customer demand, capacity, inventory requirements, and business objectives.
  • •Supervise and develop employees (directly, through supervisors, and lead operators), including coaching, performance evaluation, and corrective actions.
  • •Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives; monitor performance and initiate corrective actions.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence while partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of two years of experience as production supervisor or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines.
