Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor onshore and offshore site performance, maintain MI for evaluation, and provide coaching as needed.
  • •Attend court affirmation processes and handle customer and official enquiries, including receiving and providing physical documentation.
  • •Contribute to the financial control of the department.
  • •Manage business recovery plan drills and update required documentation.
  • •Oversee suspense account reconciliation, identify account break/exceptions, maintain PayME controls, and support payment reversal maintenance and related projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (read and write).
  • •Lead operations projects and demonstrate strong capability handling high-volume requests under tight deadlines.
  • •Be a subject matter expert in banking account servicing and operations.
