Operate and monitor the bagger machine to produce correct bag sizes and weights by setting programs, calibrating, and adjusting parameters. Perform routine checks on filled/sealed bags and ensure ingredients and supplies are correctly used on the line. Mix marination according to formulas and maintain required temperature. Complete Quality Assurance verifications, track ingredient inventory with handheld scanning devices, and notify supervision of maintenance needs while following safety procedures.
