Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle of external strategic partnerships, from initial scoping to contract execution. Independently identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard high-value partners using your “hunter” deal-sourcing capability and industry network. Lead onboarding with sales training, product expertise, and marketing enablement, run partner workshops to uncover opportunities, and drive partners to their first revenue milestones while aligning with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Tap into an established network of industry executives and decision-makers to introduce the value proposition and open doors.
•Continuously scout the market for untapped opportunities, analyze industry trends, and map high-value potential partners.
•Lead the end-to-end deal cycle by pitching to C-suite executives and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
•Provide initial onboarding support with sales training, product expertise, and marketing collateral so partners can represent Qashio effectively.
•Run collaborative partner workshops to identify opportunities, drive partners to first revenue milestones, and coordinate internal integration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with a track record of sourcing and closing high-value deals.
•Ability to independently self-source opportunities and pitch, negotiate, and onboard partners end to end.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to C-suite and VP-level executives.
•Collaboration experience with internal teams (product, legal, marketing, sales) to ensure aligned onboarding.
•Experience and interest in the FinTech space, ideally with direct FinTech company exposure.
