Job Summary

Develop and customize Salesforce enterprise applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Perform declarative configuration (custom objects, validation rules, OWD, profiles/roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders) and build with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Industries Flows (DPA). Work with REST API, SOQL, platform events, and CDC while implementing customer-facing web UI and secure access via SSO and authentication best practices.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Customize and implement Salesforce enterprise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
•Configure Salesforce declarative features including custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles/roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
•Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, and Flows for Industries (DPA).
•Integrate and work with REST API, SOQL, platform events, and CDC.
•Build customer-facing web user interfaces using Experience Cloud and foundational web technologies, while applying security and authentication best practices.

Key Requirements

•Highly proficient with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative customization including custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
•Expert-level programming experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, and Flows for Industries (DPA).
•Experience with REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, and CDC.
•Knowledge of Force.com Sites and security capabilities including Salesforce Shield, CORS, Connected Apps, and SSO/authentication protocols.
