  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive North America retail strategy to drive sales, profitability, and growth.
  • •Oversee and provide strategic leadership to retail managers and other team members to meet sales, merchandising, customer, and brand goals.
  • •Manage retail budgets and financial planning, including capex and expense budgets related to real estate activities.
  • •Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
  • •Lead operational excellence through KPIs, compliance with relevant laws, and cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce, IT, product, and merchandising teams.
