•Develop and implement a comprehensive North America retail strategy to drive sales, profitability, and growth.
•Oversee and provide strategic leadership to retail managers and other team members to meet sales, merchandising, customer, and brand goals.
•Manage retail budgets and financial planning, including capex and expense budgets related to real estate activities.
•Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
•Lead operational excellence through KPIs, compliance with relevant laws, and cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce, IT, product, and merchandising teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually
