Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and translating interactions into meaningful impacts.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Meet individual activity and sales/outcome goals using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Open and support accounts and lending products for consumers and small businesses.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating referral sources; relationship selling is more important than prior financial services experience.
  • •Knowledge of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational understanding of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, handling objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
