Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, and implement metrology measurement techniques for semiconductor films, focusing on lithography overlay and CD-SEM and covering ellipsometry/scatterometry, modeling, XRF, and surface profiling.
  • •Perform SWR (Special Work Request) lots to support engineers with setup metrology evaluations for newly introduced processes and equipment for improvement, optimization, and characterization.
  • •Lead supplier tool CIP activity to support NPI transfer, define quality metrics, achieve metrology performance, and provide weekly summary updates.
  • •Engage in fab operations to improve quality, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, and improve yield, including analysis of next-generation measurement capabilities and evolutionary programs.
  • •Standardize BKM and working practices, and partner early with TD and MCT for brand-new technology introduction using AI-enabled, automated, data-driven ways of working.
