Job Summary

Translate global business objectives into people strategies as an HRBP Expert/Senior HR Manager. Advise senior leaders, co-create talent plans, and lead talent calibration, succession planning, and organizational design to build a diverse leadership pipeline. Use people data and analytics to diagnose issues and drive change management. Partner with HRBP peers and cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives across a dynamic, international client group.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing people plans that enable business goals and drive organizational health.
•Build business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders as a conduit between business and HR infrastructure.
•Partner with senior leaders across talent management, including performance enablement, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
•Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe strategies to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
•Champion change management and collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams (TA, Total Rewards, HR Infra) to deliver end-to-end initiatives.

Salary: USD 171,000 - 300,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
•Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses in a highly regulated, fast-evolving industry.
•Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones and occasional international travel.
•Track record partnering with senior leaders on performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
•Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with the ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
