Retail Supervisor (Full-Time, 40hrs)

Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver strong customer service and meet sales, KPI, and profitability targets. Spend most of your time on the sales floor engaging customers and coaching employees, while managing POS transactions, merchandising standards, loss prevention, inventory, and shrink goals. Assist with recruiting, training, and developing store staff, analyze sales reports to improve performance, and ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
