Principal Security ML Research Engineer

Build and prototype AI/ML solutions for Elastic Security threat detection and incident investigation. Design ML architectures for real-world performance, develop models for behavioral anomaly detection and threat actor profiling, and create evaluation/benchmarking frameworks with guardrails to reduce false positives. Mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Management, and communicate research through technical blogs, white papers, and conference presentations.
