Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.

Salary: USD 25.35 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting/carrying up to 45 lbs and climbing ladders (up to 14 feet).
