Job Summary

Leading a 16–18 person Loss Prevention team in Mercado Envios, you’ll map and optimize distribution-center processes, perform root-cause analyses to reduce losses and damages, and influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven decisions to improve speed, safety, and accuracy in operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of 16–18 personnel, guiding the patrimonial coordinator and team to achieve engagement and growth.
•Design and document processes actively on the floor (Gemba) to map and organize processes within the Sortation Center operation.
•Conduct root-cause analyses and implement action plans to mitigate losses and damages, with a focus on reducing damage to loads bound for the Northeast region.
•Provide a systemic perspective and effective communication to act as a strategic support focal point, influencing decisions with stakeholders across levels.
•Be present in daily operations, accompanying the team across shifts (T2/T3) at least once per week to monitor performance and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (formação superior completa) and availability to work onsite in Guarulhos, São Paulo
•Proven experience in people management with seniority and career maturity, strong negotiation and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency
•Experience with project implementations and new operations deployments is a differentiator
•Hands-on knowledge in process structuring, continuous improvement, and areas such as Quality, Logistics, Production, or Retail
•Systematic thinking and strong logical reasoning to identify opportunities and propose data-driven improvements
