Key Responsibilities

  • •共通トレーニングで社会人基礎、基礎技術、ビジネススキル研修を受講する。
  • •プロジェクトワークショップを通じて実践に必要なチームワークと思考力を身につける。
  • •配属決定後、ソフトウェア/インフラ/CRM/ERP/Data Platform/AI/M365/SharePoint/セキュリティ等の所属組織で専門性を磨く。
  • •Azureを中心とするMicrosoftテクノロジーを用いて、世界中の仲間と協力しサービス提案を行う。
  • •ITシステムの設計・構築まで提供する。

Key Requirements

  • •2026年4月〜2027年3月までに大学・大学院・高等専門学校を卒業予定で、2027年4月に入社可能な方（学部不問）。
  • •フルタイムでの就業経験がない方（アルバイトなどは除く）。
  • •日本語での流暢なコミュニケーションが可能な方（N1相当以上）。
  • •ITスキルが高い方、特にプログラミング経験が望ましい（言語不問、独学・授業で学んだ経験）。
  • •IT系企業のインターン経験、英語コミュニケーション、海外大学留学経験があれば尚可。
