Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather required data for quote preparation, enter new quotes, and contact vendors for job quotes.
  • •Work with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations.
  • •Track and follow up on customer quotes and vendor material pricing, ensuring timely receipt of pricing data.
  • •Analyze specifications and assess cost-effectiveness, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  • •Maintain a bid calendar and update Salesforce, then send completed quotes to the FEI sales representative and/or customer one day before the due date.
