Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and improve the GTM stack day-to-day, including users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, and data hygiene.
  • •Own data-layer access and security by designing and enforcing granular field- and property-level controls using profiles and permission sets.
  • •Build automation that enforces process, including deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory/eligibility logic, and workflow actions.
  • •Partner on architecture with the Rev Ops team for integrations across CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems.
  • •Document systems ownership with clear SOPs and process documentation.

Key Requirements
