Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integration plans aligned to deal objectives and drive execution of integration activities from signing through post-close.
  • •Coordinate across functional workstreams (Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, People, etc.), tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Build, maintain, and drive integration tracking across workstreams, ensuring alignment and accountability across EMEA, APAC, and North America stakeholders.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for APAC stakeholders, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support prioritization and sequencing of integration activities.
  • •Create integration materials including trackers, analyses, executive updates, and track metrics such as milestones, risks, and synergy progress; support analysis of cost, revenue, and operational impacts.
