Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate groups and activities (arts and crafts, recreational programming) to enhance the member experience and encourage positive social connection.
  • •Welcome members to the clinic and support smooth daily operations by managing communications, helping with scheduling, and updating member records.
  • •Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and primary care providers) to share observations and support coordinated member care.
  • •Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources and supports that promote wellness.
  • •Contribute to clinic growth projects and participate in training and supervision to build skills in mental health support and member engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Be enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to mental health (e.g., pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing).
  • •Have interest in mental health and desire to work with members with severe mental illness.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, including one-on-one and group settings.
  • •Be detail-oriented and organized, with basic computer skills for managing records and communications.
  • •Bring a holistic perspective of “health,” with some experience planning and designing events and activities.
