Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure services, including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony and unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications cabling. Troubleshoot incidents, perform network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations, and support planned maintenance and emergency restoration. Manage incident/problem/change activities using ITIL and ITSM tools, collaborate with Level 3 teams and vendors, and maintain technical documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes; support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines; escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with proper documentation and technical analysis.
•Maintain technical documentation (runbooks and network diagrams) and update incident records, change logs, and asset information in ticketing systems.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and wireless networking concepts.
•Knowledge of IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals and AV/video conferencing technologies.
•Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and familiarity with ITIL processes.
