Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and contribute to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content.
•Commercial Support: Assist on a variety of agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products and activities, with a focus on IP-related provisions, licensing, protection and risk management.
•Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the legal team supports the business.
•Impact: Be a key member of the legal team, working hand in hand with operational teams and serving as the privileged point of contact for IP-related matters across cross-functional groups.
•Nice to Have: Prior experience in gaming or tech (ad tech, entertainment, social media) and experience in France and another jurisdiction will be highly considered.

Key Requirements

•One to three years of relevant legal experience, ideally in an IP, litigation, media or tech-focused department of a law firm, or in-house with a tech/advertising company.
•Strong knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs)
•Experience with litigation, particularly IP-related, in France (exposure to EU or US legal systems is a plus)
•Fluency in English and French required (written and spoken)
•Proactive, self-started and solutions-oriented
