Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and organize component materials into end finished products to achieve standard production rates per the SPI.
  • •Ensure associates produce quality products per RPPS and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and required records.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean working environment by complying with OSHA and Revlon guidelines and addressing safety issues proactively.
  • •Manage the cost center to meet or exceed budget goals, controlling labor and material usage variance and minimizing waste/rework.
  • •Coach and train associates through people development, cross-training, and compliance with safety, GMP, and technical training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in a production environment, preferably drug and/or cosmetic operations.
  • •Experience supervising associates in production, with extensive knowledge of production equipment and safe operating/troubleshooting techniques.
  • •Knowledge and experience operating in an FDA-GMP environment.
  • •Team leadership skills to motivate, communicate, and proactively develop associates.
  • •Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and use of MRP systems; significant verbal and written communication skills.
