Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage relationships with brokers to support onboarding new business and retaining existing customers through excellent service.
  • •Quote and set coverage, negotiate terms and conditions for new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
  • •Develop sound risk and business awareness alongside learning the organisation’s risk appetite.
  • •Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, and ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations.
  • •Handle broker interactions across outbound calls, inbound calls, and live chat, and resolve technical problems using policies and procedures.
