Serve as Telecommunications Analyst responsible for maintaining and optimizing unified communications and video systems for FAA customers. You will analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot telecom equipment (AVAYA, ZOOM, IP telephony), plan moves/installs, train end-users, and generate reports while coordinating with vendors and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
•Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
•Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
•Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
•Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.

Travel: Medium travel
