Key Responsibilities

•Lead financial operations across project duration, analyzing financial data to support timely, accurate reporting and improved performance
•Direct implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
•Oversee project financial performance and cash flow control; manage cost control and variance analysis
•Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements; manage quarterly/annual audits and year-end procedures
•Provide projects-based financial analysis and guidance to project teams; manage team dynamics and professional development

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, accounting, or equivalent
•12+ years of experience in accounting and finance in related industries
•CPA or MBA in accounting is an advantage
•Ability to evaluate and interpret financial transactions and data, including legislative and economic/market conditions
•Experience managing cost control, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
