Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and enhance reporting solutions for operational, financial, customer, and compliance insights.
  • •Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Undertake workforce capacity planning and scheduling, including development and maintenance of productivity dashboards.
  • •Partner with Claims leaders to monitor performance outcomes and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • •Support planning and forecasting through accurate analysis and stakeholder collaboration, including building forecasting models and monitoring tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and reporting solutions.
