Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
  • •Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • •Configure and implement OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Routing, Fleet Management, Tendering, Freight Settlement, and Visibility.
  • •Coordinate integrations with ERP, WMS, EBS, Cloud ERP, and third-party logistics systems; support data migration and testing through SIT/UAT and production deployments.
  • •Troubleshoot functional issues and mentor junior consultants while providing functional leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •11+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and transportation/logistics business processes.
  • •Strong functional expertise in OTM solution design, requirement gathering, business process optimization, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • •Experience leading end-to-end OTM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
  • •Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
