Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive statutory and tax compliance, managing outsourced service providers and ensuring General Ledger accuracy from US to local GAAP.
  • •Lead compliance-related activities for internal and external audits to ensure successful outcomes.
  • •Master financial reporting and entity close by collaborating with Process Leads and the P&L Manager to deliver accurate end-to-end figures, consolidation, and month-end close.
  • •Resolve complex financial issues as the primary escalation point and conduct balance sheet and business unit reviews for clarity and improvement.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial information for business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting operations experience, ideally with at least 3 years in an international environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Strong accounting principles knowledge, including US GAAP.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Excellent oral and written English to collaborate effectively.
