Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact and leader for AECOM’s relationship with one or more large Regional accounts or support a key Global or Regional account team.
  • •Develop, grow, and sustain AECOM’s business for assigned accounts by coordinating client interactions and ensuring high-quality service.
  • •Accountable for meeting key business plan objectives for the client portfolio, including monitoring projects for technical excellence and consistent service.
  • •Identify risks and manage project delivery to mitigate impact, and set short- and medium-term goals and strategies for the account.
  • •Drive growth by building pipeline for potential projects and coordinating capture of new opportunities and renewal/extension of large-scale agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or other related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of leadership.
  • •Prior experience with NASA and the ability to navigate relationships within the organization.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to set short- and medium-term goals and strategies for the account to align with client needs.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
