Head of Connected Care Strategy & Performance

Lead the development and execution of the Connected Care strategy across Health Services, translating commercial strategy into delivery while driving performance against short- and long-term growth goals. Own UKI revenue and key performance metrics, using data and insights to evidence customer outcomes and service value. Act as primary relationship lead for UKI and Bupa Global, aligning funding, provision, and functional stakeholders and overseeing performance and continuous improvement.
