Key Responsibilities

  • •Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks.
  • •Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers.
  • •Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans, including allocation and business continuity decisions.
  • •Support the execution and follow-up of inventory allocations, assessing supply impact and prioritizing demand.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders globally and define/execute mitigation strategies to improve processes and crisis visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management.
  • •Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • •Excellent communication skills to align global and regional stakeholders.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
