As a Recruiter II, you will own full-lifecycle recruitment for Datadog, from sourcing to closing, acting as the face of recruiting and shaping candidate experience. You’ll partner with leadership to design interview processes, negotiate offers, and drive scalable hiring in a hybrid environment, leveraging Greenhouse to track progress and ensure data-driven hiring.
