Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in your assigned market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Coordinate with team leaders and customers to plan on-site installations and repairs, diagnose issues using software/technology and hand tools, and follow blueprints and engineering specifications. Enforce high safety standards while maintaining accountability of company equipment and supporting occasional overtime and overnight stays.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and take responsibility for products/equipment on assigned projects by diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools, and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (typically 5+ years of HVAC experience).
•EPA Universal Certification (required).

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, or license suspension).
