Member Services Representative, AACU Branch Operations (Fort Worth, TX, US)

Build strong relationships with American Airlines Credit Union members by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate credit union products and services. Open new accounts, sell and process credit union services, post deposits, process loan payments, and handle monetary transactions while maintaining accurate account information. Support branch coverage, conduct loan interviews and assigned processing/disbursement, and uphold internal controls and compliance, including confidentiality and security measures.
