  • •Assist the Operations Manager in managing site service delivery operations to meet contractual performance, production, timeliness, and quality standards.
  • •Provide exemplary customer service and proactively identify and address internal and external customer needs.
  • •Support staffing by assisting with hiring and management, conducting one-on-one feedback sessions, and coaching staff development.
  • •Generate performance data, ensure deliverables are completed with timely/accurate inputs and reviews, and respond to changes in product line demand.
  • •Promote continuous improvement, help manage within a unionized environment, minimize safety-related incidents, and act as the Operations Manager during absence.
