Department Manager - Irrigation - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the Irrigation department in the branch as a bilingual expert, partnering with customers and branch leadership to ensure outstanding service. Support the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and supply/demand integration. Drive an incident-free, safety-first culture, manage inventory and customer mix, and train agronomic staff to hit departmental sales goals. Help implement new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
