Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct risk-centered due diligence on new and existing partners to assess partner risk and alignment with compliance procedures.
  • •Define, deploy, and track partner issues and mitigation controls through remediation.
  • •Track and manage CRM and compliance screening tool issues and coordinate resolution with Engineering and Sales Operations teams.
  • •Improve data quality across CRM and finance systems, streamline reporting, and introduce automation where it adds value.
  • •Maintain dashboards and executive-ready reports and support periodic reporting of operational metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of experience in compliance, third-party risk management, audit, or a closely related area.
  • •Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, compliance reviews, or operational investigations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication, conveying data as clear narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
