Job Summary

Lead finance for the Patriot Spares program, partnering with sustainment program teams to drive financial, contractual, execution, and resource decisions. Manage one direct report and ensure program finance excellence across cost and schedule execution, EACs, FP&A, cash and resource management, and audit support. Prepare recurring leadership reporting for operating reviews and program management reviews, and support proposal activity plus program startup and contract closeout.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead program finance excellence across cost and schedule execution and reporting, including quarterly EAC updates.
•Manage and develop a direct report.
•Prepare and brief finance charts and reporting for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, and financial overviews.
•Support development of long-range and annual operating plans and deliver monthly forecast development and presentations (FP&A).
•Support proposal development plus program startup and contract closeout activities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with at least 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
•Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems and tools.
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+, or a similar system.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
