Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic advice and guidance to managers on all HSE matters.
  • •Roll out group HSE annual objectives and initiatives, and support business unit HSE objective development and roll-out.
  • •Support incident and accident investigations using an appropriate investigation process (e.g., Helix or Taproot).
  • •Monitor best-practice/leading-edge HSE initiatives and report leading and lagging HSE indicators to senior managers.
  • •Provide HSE inductions for new-starts and mentor/train graduate or new recruits into the HSE team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in a technical role or experience associated with an HSE role in another industry.

  • •Good planning and organisational skills.
  • •Effective communication skills in written and spoken formats.
