Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute façade design engineering and deliver façade design services for AESG projects responsibly and independently.
  • •Manage complex design tasks, resolve complex project issues, and provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to the Egyptian façade designers.
  • •Liaise with builders, architects, and engineers to ensure projects meet the design brief.
  • •Assign tasks, manage resource administration, and coordinate QA/QC of Egyptian deliverables back to the Dubai design office.
  • •Coordinate with the Dubai offshore lead and manage delivery on time and to budget, including resource shortlisting needs for the Egyptian façade design team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 years of façade design and engineering experience.
  • •Proven depth of knowledge in façade design and engineering.
  • •Understand AESG’s liabilities and stakeholders’ interests within the project.
  • •Proficiency with design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino/Grasshopper.
