Key Responsibilities

  • •Own curriculum architecture end to end, including job/task analyses, performance-based learning objectives, and scalable course maps.
  • •Translate technical systems into structured learning paths across classroom, self-paced, simulation, and immersive delivery modalities.
  • •Design assessments, practical evaluations, and certification/qualification standards that measure operational capability.
  • •Partner with learning experience developers to scope and storyboard instructional media mapped to defined objectives.
  • •Enable consistent delivery through facilitator guides, lesson plans, train-the-trainer materials, and delivery standards; use learning effectiveness data to iterate.
